A) April/2021 2011 HONDA ACCORD 78,000 miles
Customer is told at 3 separate national chain stores that rear struts/shocks are bad or leaking

Customer arrives at a 4th repair shop which was Gibraltar Car Care and I test drive vehicle and no problem with shocks.
Vehicle goes up in air and our technician sees absolutely nothing wrong not even a drop of leaking.
No charge to customer and a permanent customer added to our network
B) April/2021
2011 Toyota Sienna 120,000 miles
National chain store recommends CV axle, Drive belt, Front struts/shocks
Customer arrives at Gibraltar Car care and after road test vehicle lifted up for chassis check.
Nothing wrong with struts,axle, nor belt.
C) April/2021 2008 Acura Tl 135,000 miles
Customer concern is transmission noisy and not moving either direction.
Towed in to Gibraltar Car Care
Broken drive axle discovered which disabled vehicle and 2 axles replaced to fix problem.

1)AUGUST 2020
2001 Honda Civic arrived with a $540.00 estimate at a National chain store. The complaint was loose steering which we verified. They claimed that the tie rod and alignment was necessary. By getting a second opinion at Gibraltar we found only the nut loose for the tie rod and charged the young girl absolutely zero.
2) JULY 2020
2008 Lexus RX400H arrives with estimate from dealer for $3600 for brakes, suspension, and exhaust etc...
Second opinion at Gibraltar and vehicle only needs links and gaskets and repaired for $577.00
3) May 2020
2013 Fiat
Towed to Fiat dealer recommends shocks, struts , axles, shifter cable and $3200.00
Towed to Gibraltar.
Vehicle shifter cables replaced for $665.00 and car drove away.
4) 2009 Honda Fit from South Plainfield towed in their car after getting an estimate from the Honda dealer.
They were told spark plugs and brake pads.
Gibraltar Car Care gave a second opinion and found nothing wrong after pulling a plug and removing the wheel.
5) 2014 Honda Accord was told from dealer brake pads needed.
Gibraltar checked and thickness on pads still safe.
